Parasound products which are purchased from anyone other than an Authorized Parasound Dealer
are expressly excluded from Parasound's warranties. Parasound's warranties, like our products,
are exceptional. Don't make the mistake of buying from someone who has chosen not to meet our
qualifications, and in doing so run the risk of being sold not only the wrong product, but one
for which you have no warranty protection!
In order to insure maximum customer satisfaction, Authorized Parasound Dealers are prohibited
from selling our current products by phone, mail, or over the internet. Parasound's sole authorized
internet & mail order dealer is Audio Advisor. Their contact information is shown when you click on
Internet & Mail Order. Anyone not listed under Retail Stores, System Integrators or Resellers is
probably not authorized and cannot offer Parasound's warranty. Please contact Parasound directly to
verify if he is authorized before you buy. You can call the Parasound office at 415 397-7100

Dealers are classified in the following categories:
- Retail Stores - These are authorized Parasound dealers with showrooms. Many have Parasound on display, hooked up and ready to audition. They will probably also have stock available for immediate delivery. It is a good idea to call before visiting to check if the store has what you want. If the store doesn’t have the model you are looking for, ask the store to order it from Parasound. Most Retail Dealers also offer system setup, integration and installation. Not all Parasound Retail Stores are authorized to sell Halo by Parasound.
- System Integrators - These are authorized Parasound dealers who might not have a showroom and merchandise on display. Although many have showroom and demonstration facilities, their business is often by appointment. Not all Parasound System Integrators are authorized to sell Halo by Parasound.
- Internet & Mail Order - Audio Advisor is the only Parasound dealer that is authorized to ship new Parasound products inside the USA. If you have a question about our Internet & Mail Order policy please call us at 415 397-7100, or email sales@parasound.com.
- Resellers - These are primarily custom installation companies who specialize in residential, commercial, professional and marine installations. Resellers who purchase Parasound Products from our authorized distributors are listed so you know the Parasound Warranty applies to products purchased from them. Resellers are not authorized to sell Halo by Parasound.
- International Distributors - Click here for the list of International Distributors who are authorized to sell Parasound outside the USA. International Distributors are not responsible for warranty service for Parasound products which are purchased outside their region.
